he war between Iran and the United States has been going on for more than 45 days. However, the biggest issue in this conflict has been related to oil and gas supply.
Around 20% of the world’s oil and gas passes through the Strait of Hormuz, and Iran had blocked this route, which caused major problems for many countries that import oil and gas, such as India, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and many others.
However, now good news is coming from Iran.
The good news is that Iran’s Foreign Minister said on X that the Strait of Hormuz is now completely open for all commercial vessels during the remaining period of the ceasefire.
“In line with the ceasefire in Lebanon, the passage for all commercial vessels through Strait of Hormuz is declared completely open for the remaining period of ceasefire, on the coordinated route as already announced by Ports and Maritime Organisation of the Islamic Rep. of Iran.”

Meanwhile, Donald Trump said that the United States welcomes Iran’s step. However, the US blockade on Iran will remain in place until the agreement with Iran is 100% finalized.
Donald Trump also said that the process will be completed very soon, as discussions on the disputed issues have already taken place.
“The Strait of Hormuz is fully open and ready for trade and complete transit, but the naval blockade regarding Iran will remain fully in effect until our agreement with Iran is 100% completed.”
