ceasefire has been reached between Israel and Lebanon, but according to an IDF report, Israel is planning to extend a Gaza-like model to the Lebanon border as well. At certain points near the Israel-Lebanon border, the Israeli army will maintain full control in order to avoid any security lapses and ensure its safety.
Israel is reportedly adopting a Gaza-style model in Lebanon as well. Some areas along the Israel-Lebanon border will be marked as a “yellow line,” and those zones will come under full control of the Israeli army. Civilians will not be allowed to enter these areas, as they will be completely restricted and blocked by the Israeli military.
Israel and Lebanon have agreed, as part of their ceasefire agreement, that a "Yellow Line" will be established between the two countries. Control of this area will rest with the Israeli military. This constitutes a part of the ceasefire agreement.

On Saturday, while speaking with journalists, senior IDF officials said that the “yellow line” model used in Gaza will also be implemented in Lebanon. The IDF already has a yellow line in place, which marks the boundary of the area where its forces are currently operating.
The IDF also said that its main objective is to eliminate militants in these areas, even though a ceasefire is in place between the two countries.
On Friday, Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz announced that the IDF will maintain control over these areas and that the regions have been cleared of militants.
The ceasefire between the two countries has brought the most relief to ordinary people. Reports suggest that some residents in southern Lebanon are now returning to their homes.
