Today is a mixed day for many students—some are celebrating, while others may feel disappointed, as the CBSE Class 10th results have been declared. Students can check their results on the official CBSE website, DigiLocker, and the UMANG app.

This year, a total of 2,508,319 students appeared for the exam, including 1,408,546 boys and 1,099,773 girls. The exams for 83 subjects were conducted across 8,075 examination centers throughout the country.

Like every year, girls have once again outperformed boys with a higher pass percentage of 94.99%, while the boys’ pass percentage stood slightly lower at 92.69%.

CBSE Class 10th results are compared with last year; there is only a slight difference. The pass percentage in 2025 was 93.66%, while this year it is 93.70%.

This time, CBSE declared the results 23 days earlier than usual.

Which cities dominated the CBSE results?

Southern cities performed very well in this year’s Class 10th results. Here is the complete city-wise performance list.

Which region recorded the highest pass percentage in the CBSE results?

In the CBSE Class 10 Result 2026, if we look at region-wise performance, Thiruvananthapuram topped the list with 99.79%. Vijayawada secured the second position with 99.79%, followed by Chennai in third place with 99.58%. Bengaluru ranked fourth with 98.91%, while Delhi stood fifth with 97.38%.

So far, the CBSE has not confirmed any official topper for the Class 10 results.

As per CBSE policy, no topper list is released, so it is not officially known who has secured the highest marks in this exam.
