he Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad declared the results at 3:30 PM on Thursday. Kashish Verma topped Class 10, while Shikha Verma secured the top position in Class 12 with 97.60%. The results can be checked on the official UP Board website or on DigiLocker.
In this year’s exams, a total of 5,230,184 students were registered for both Class 10 and Class 12. Out of these, 2,750,843 candidates appeared in Class 10 (high school), while 2,479,341 candidates were from Class 12 (intermediate). The exams were conducted at approximately 8,033 centers across Uttar Pradesh.
We look at the gender-wise data, and there is a difference: Class 10: Girls – 93.76% | Boys – 87.30%. And Class 12: Girls – 86.32% | Boys – 75.04%.
In Class 10, Kashish Verma from Sitapur secured 97.83% marks, scoring 587 out of 600. The second topper is Aditi, who scored 97.50%. The third rank is shared by Rishabh Sahu and Pari Verma, both securing 97.33%. Overall, 90.42% of students passed the Class 10 examination.
In Class 12, Shikha Verma from Sitapur secured the top position with 97.60% marks.
Rank 2 is shared by Nandini Gupta (Bareilly) and Shreya Verma.
Rank 3 is shared by Surbhi Yadav (Bareilly) and Pooja Pal (Barabanki).
The overall pass percentage for Class 12 is 80.38%.
The top-performing districts include Bhadohi, which secured the first rank with a pass percentage of 96.08% (27,259 out of 28,370 students passed), followed by Prayagraj at 95.51% (90,021 out of 94,256), and GB Nagar (Noida) at 95.11% (20,501 out of 21,554).
Agra ranked fourth with 94.98% (56,545 out of 59,535), while Kanpur Nagar secured the fifth position with 94.38% (45,125 out of 47,810). Ghaziabad stood sixth with 94.29% (26,906 out of 28,534), followed by Fatehpur at seventh with 94.22% (33,933 out of 36,013).
Sant Kabir Nagar ranked eighth with 93.85% (26,832 out of 28,589), Shamli ranked ninth with 93.78% (12,286 out of 13,101), and Amroha secured the tenth position with 93.52% (25,252 out of 27,001).
The top-performing districts include Lucknow, which secured the first rank with a pass percentage of 89.17% (44,183 out of 49,547 students passed), followed by Amethi at 88.96% (18,821 out of 21,157), and Amroha at 88.87% (21,391 out of 24,070).
Siddharth Nagar ranked fourth with 90.28%, followed by Mahoba at fifth with 90.51%, and Hamirpur at sixth with 89.83%. Sonbhadra and Fatehpur jointly held the seventh and eighth positions with 89.59% each.
Chitrakoot ranked ninth with 89.15%, and Ambedkar Nagar secured the tenth position with 88.70%.
